We are perfectly positioned near the taconic state parkway and I-84 in East Fishkill, NY. We are 20 minutes from Poughkeepise,NY and only and hour and thirty minutes from New York City and Albany.
Ivy Hall Estates is comprised of 7 unique one bedroom apartments. Each is fully furnished and between 750 and 1,200 sq. ft. All of the apartments have hard wood floors, and granite, marble or corain counter tops. Each unit has 12-20 ft. ceilings and large windows for natural light.
Included in rent, all utilities, central heat/air, electric, cable, wi-fi, garbage, parking, and weekly housekeeping. The housekeeping takes care of the provided towels and sheets as well as light surface cleaning.
We like 6 month to 1 year leases but will take in to consideration under special circumstances month to month leases.

**All inclusive rent is between 1450.00 and 1700.00.
